What this does
Each plan includes users per company: Core 2, Autonomous 3, Advanced 5, Firm 10, Enterprise by agreement.
Pending invitations reserve a user slot until accepted, cancelled, or expired.
Accountant access lets an outside accountant join with an appropriate role.
How to
Invite a user
- 1Settings → Users → Invite.
- 2Enter their email and choose a role.
- 3They receive an email and join with their own login.
- 4Remove or change roles at any time; removal ends access but keeps their history in the audit trail.
Common mistakes
- Sharing one login between people — each person needs their own for audit history.
Troubleshooting
