What this does
An employee or contractor does not need a KontoCore login. A bookkeeper who signs in is an app user even if they are also a contractor.

Three different things

| Contractor | A vendor paid for services. W-9 details and 1099 readiness. | No |
| App user | Someone who signs in to KontoCore with a role in this company. | Yes — counts toward included users |
