Payroll → History · Reports
What this does
History lists every posted, imported, and reversed run. Reports summarize earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer cost by employee, period, department, or job.
How to
Run a report
- 1Payroll → Reports; choose a report and date range.
- 2Filter by employee, department, or job.
- 3Export to CSV or PDF.
Corrections, voids, and reversals
- Reports reflect reversals automatically; nothing is edited here.
Provider and availability notes
- Calculated figures carry the same pending-verification status as the runs that produced them.
Permissions
- Restricted to payroll permission; accountants see payroll only if granted that scope.
What happens in your books
Reports are read-only. Totals tie to the payroll accounts on your general ledger.
Common mistakes
- Comparing report totals with a provider portal before importing the latest run.
