What this does
The review queue holds anything that needs a decision: uncategorized transactions, possible duplicates across imports and connections, and receipts waiting to be matched.
Confirming a match links the receipt, spreadsheet row, and account activity into one verified event. Receipt details are entered manually unless a document-reading provider is connected.
How to
Clear the queue
- 1Open Personal → Review.
- 2Confirm or change each suggested category.
- 3For possible duplicates choose Same event (merge) or Different.
- 4Open Inbox to match receipts to transactions.
Statuses and lifecycle

| Merged | Recognized as the same event. |
Corrections, voids, and reversals
- Undo a confirmation or unmerge from the item’s history.
What happens in your books
Confirmed items update spending, budgets, and net worth; merged items count once.
Common mistakes
- Marking true duplicates as Different, which double counts spending.
