Banking → Integrity issues
Continuous monitoring and automated triage begin with Autonomous.
In plain English
A checklist of things in your banking that don’t add up, with the reason and a way to fix each.
What this does
Integrity checks are rule-based, not guesses: same amount/date/payee twice, one-sided transfers, changes to already-reconciled lines, gaps between the feed balance and the book balance, and stale unreviewed items.
Each issue shows what was found, why it matters, and the records involved. Resolving it either fixes the record or records a reasoned dismissal.
How to
Resolve an issue
- 1Open Banking → Integrity issues and pick an item.
- 2Review the linked records.
- 3Choose the fix offered (exclude duplicate, match transfer, reconcile again) or Dismiss with a reason.
- 4The issue closes and stays in history.
Statuses and lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Needs attention. |
| Resolved | Fixed by a change to the records. |
| Dismissed | Reviewed and accepted with a reason. |
Permissions
- Owners, administrators, and users with bookkeeping permission can create and post. View-only users can read but not change records.
What happens in your books
Viewing or dismissing an issue changes nothing. Fixes post through the normal banking workflow.
Common mistakes
- Dismissing duplicates without checking the bank statement.
Troubleshooting
Issue reappears
The underlying records still conflict — e.g. a duplicate was hidden but not excluded.
