Live bank and investment aggregation: Provider connection required.

What this does

Personal uses a simpler household experience built on the same verified core: accounts and transactions, recurring income and bills, spreadsheet (XLSX/CSV) import with review, receipts and documents, net worth, and readiness check-ups.

WealthKraft (Personal Wealth) adds read-only investment visibility. It never trades and gives no investment advice; market-value changes are valuations, not income.

Household access is separate from business seats: each person has their own login, and access is explicit and revocable.

Importing Excel (XLSX) and CSV into PersonalBring a household spreadsheet into KontoCore Personal: choose a sheet, map columns, preview, remove duplicates, commit, and safely re-import updated files.WealthKraft investments: what’s live and what needs a providerTrack investment, brokerage, and retirement accounts with manual balances and valuations today; live aggregation requires a provider connection. Read-only — no trading or advice.Personal receipts and evidenceKeep receipts and household documents with the activity they support using the receipt inbox and manual details; automatic reading and camera capture have separate requirements.Household setup and accessSet up a Personal household, choose Simple or Detailed view, add accounts, and invite a spouse, household member, trusted helper, or accountant with scoped permissions.Personal connectionsWhat Personal connections exist, which require a provider — live bank, card, brokerage, cloud spreadsheet — and how to work without them using import and manual entry.Personal review queue and receiptsReview imported and incoming household items, confirm categories, resolve possible duplicates, and match receipts so each purchase is recorded once.Net worth, assets, and liabilitiesAdd household assets and debts, update their values over time, and see a derived net worth that never double counts accounts, investments, and property.Retirement overviewSee retirement accounts, recurring retirement income, reserves, obligations, and distributions in one view. Projections and what-if scenarios are planned, not live.Tax readiness and checkupsGather tax documents, check that receipts and categories are complete for the year, and run household checkups — preparation, not tax filing or advice.Household budgets and spending planSet a monthly spending plan by category in Simple or Detailed mode, compare planned to actual spending, and see how transfers and refunds are treated.Savings goalsCreate savings goals with a target amount and date, link them to accounts or contributions, and track progress without treating saved money as spending.Category rules and suggestions for household spendingCreate rules that suggest or apply categories to matching household transactions, review suggestions, and keep transfers out of spending automatically.Household cash-flow trendsSee household money in and money out by month, with transfers excluded and valuations kept separate, and drill into the transactions behind each figure.Exporting household data to CSV or ExcelExport household transactions, budgets, net worth, and investment records to CSV or Excel (XLSX) with filters and date context, and keep exported files private.

Not tax or investment advice

Personal organizes records and readiness. It does not prepare or file taxes or recommend investments.
