How KontoGuide assistance behaves
What KontoGuide does and doesn’t do: explanations, next steps, and plain-language terms — it never posts, edits, or approves financial records on its own.

What this does
KontoGuide explains the screen you are on, defines accounting terms in plain language, and suggests the next step in a workflow. Help links open the matching article in this documentation.
It does not change your books. Any action that would create or alter a financial record still goes through the normal screen, your permissions, and your organization’s approval settings.
You can turn guidance up or down, or off, per user in Settings → Guidance.
